چکیده

Bimetallic Pt-Au nanorods in the form of microswimmers within an aqueous solution exhibit self-propulsion that is powered by self-electrophoresis. This bimetallic system can be immobilized to generate convective fluid flow, thereby acting as a micropump. Here we use combined experimental and numerical approach investigate key elements, including self-induced electric field, proton gradients, reaction kinetics, impact chemomechanical actuation electrocatalytic system. Our findings contribute towards fundamental understanding flow micropump applies mass transport enhancement systems.
